Awesome overall experience! Jason & Dawson were punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and transparent. In addition to performing extensive routine maintenance, they replaced the thermal expansion valve. Totally satisfied with their work. Recommended without reservation!

A problem with our system was discovered in our bi-annual checkup. A problem was discovered and addressed immediately just before a heatwave. We could not ask for better service!

We are so happy to have found Compass! Our AC unit stopped working during the start of the summer and right before we were leaving on vacation. Jason was able to diagnose the problem, offer several options for repair, and get it up and running before we left! Great customer service and, as a result, they have earned our future business!
